Implementation

The purpose of this project was to provide business solutions that provide the following services.

  • Supplier Registration
  • Traceability data upload
  • Supply Chain reporting
  • Forced Labour reporting
  • Due Diligence Statements
  • Supply chain risk assessment

These services were meant to streamline sustainability data collection across global supply chains. The tools provided users with a user-friendly and interactive solution to make their work easier. I managed user acceptance tests and trainings for users in Germany and USA. I supported with the management of the product backlogs, sprint planning and testing. I was responsible for writing test cases and providing end user support through incident management. I also served as Release Manager coordinating deployments with vendors. The products provided reports on traceability, forced labour and EUDR from ALDI's suppliers.

I worked with 3rd party tools like Sourcemap, EcoVadis and Sayari. These tools provided solutions for traceability, EUDR reporting and supplier risk assessment. The metadata for all these products were documented with Collibra to support data governance and quality assurance.
