Implementation
The purpose of this project was to provide a business solution that provides the following services.
- Supplier & Farm Registration
- Procurement data upload
- Traceability data upload
- Supply Chain reporting
- Child and Forced Labour reporting
- Due Diligence Surveys
These services were meant to streamline sustainability data collection across global supply chains. The tool provided users with a user-friendly and interactive solution to make their work easier. I managed the development and implementation, resulting in the successful deployment across multiple countries including Nicaragua, Ethiopia, and Mexico. By driving usability enhancements and conducting targeted training in regions such as Ghana, Guatemala, Uganda, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Ivory Coast, the platform improved data accuracy from 75% to 90% and increased global user adoption from 52% to 70%. The product provided reports on carbon emissions, child and forced labour and EUDR to Ecom's clients.
I worked with 3rd party tools like Sourcemap and SurveyCTO. Due diligence surveys were used to collect data from suppliers and through an integration with Sourcemap, reports were provided.
